Mike Ely (Crew Chief):   Mike has over 30 years of racing experience with modified stock cars, Penske Racing's IROC cars, and sprint cars. He has also been a fabricator of custom racecar trailers for Gold Rush Trailers and is currently the owner-operator of a successful racecar parts fabrication business, Ely Fabrication. Mike's talents as a mechanic have led to more than 60 sprint car feature wins and a number of personal awards. Career highlights:

Vicki (Kreitz) Ely (Team Secretary):   Vicki, Dave's mom and Mike's wife, is part of the Kreitz racing family. Her father raced and her brother currently races sprint cars. She is a part owner and manager of Kreitz Oval Track Parts, a racing parts store. Vicki is also the office manager and secretary for Kreitz Welding and Fabrication Inc., a steel fabrication business.
Rick Goshert (Mechanic):   Rick has been involved in racing for over 15 years. He has been with the Ely's since 1997. Rick owns and operates a successful automobile inspection and repair business.
Lucky Miller:   Lucky has been around racing his whole life. Previously worked for Shawn Keen racing and is employed by Keen Trucking and Leasing. Joined Ely racing in 2002.
